A series of eight small villages, Cookingham Greene fronts on High Street, a designated historical road laid out in the 1640’s. Each village is highlighted by front gardens and is set comfortably back from the main drive.
Cookingham Greene offers two housing styles: single family and semi-detached homes.

The semi-detached homes are joined together by a common garage wall. This configuration provides maximum privacy within the village concept. Plans A, B, and D may be semi-detached houses.
